Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective Date: March 21, 2026  ·  Last Updated: March 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Mom Brain Collective LLC, doing business as RepReach ("we," "our," or "the Company"), regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the RepReach application (the "Service"). It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

By using RepReach, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

About RepReach

RepReach is a civic engagement app that helps you find your elected representatives and provides personalized communication templates for contacting them. We built RepReach with privacy as a core principle: we collect only what is strictly necessary to make the app work, we do not sell your data, and most of your information never leaves your device.

Definitions

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service. RepReach does not collect email addresses, does not use cookies, does not use analytics tools, and does not track your behavior automatically.

Information you provide directly

Information we do not collect

How Your Information is Stored

All data you provide stays on your device. Your name, zip code, and notification settings are stored locally using your device's own storage system. We do not operate servers, databases, or any backend infrastructure. We have no ability to access your information, and it never leaves your device except as described in the Third-Party Services section below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, data analysis, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of the app.

Third-Party Services

RepReach connects to two external APIs to retrieve representative data. These are the only circumstances in which any information leaves your device.

Google Civic Information API

When you enter your zip code, it is sent to the Google Civic Information API to retrieve your federal and state elected representatives. Only your zip code is transmitted — no name, no device information, no personal identifiers. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data.

OpenStates API

Your zip code is also sent to the OpenStates API to retrieve state-level legislator information. Again, only your zip code is transmitted. Please review the OpenStates Privacy Policy for details.

We do not share your name, notification preferences, or any other personal information with these services — only the zip code required for the app to function.

How We Share Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. The only data that leaves your device is your zip code, transmitted in real time to the third-party APIs described above. That data is not stored by us anywhere.

In the event of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will provide notice before your Personal Data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or property of the Company, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you choose to remove it. You can delete your data at any time by:

Because we do not store your data on any servers, deletion from your device is complete and permanent. There is nothing for us to delete on our end.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data at all times:

State-specific rights: If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Because all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you already exercise complete control over your information. If you have questions about your state-specific rights, please contact us.

Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's own security measures, including passcode protection, biometric authentication, and device encryption. We recommend keeping your device secure.

Because we do not operate servers or store your data externally, we are not responsible for data lost due to device issues, loss, or theft. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but our local-only approach minimizes exposure significantly compared to cloud-based alternatives.

Children's Privacy

RepReach is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the app, please contact us. Note that because data is stored locally on the device, we are unable to access or remove it remotely — deletion would need to occur on the device itself.

Links to Other Websites

The app and this website may contain links to third-party sites not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also provide notice within the app. Your continued use of RepReach after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
