How Your Information Is Stored

Some information (such as your name and notification preferences) is stored locally on your device. Other information — including cached representative data, your tracked bills, and voting information — is stored using Supabase, a third-party database infrastructure provider, to make the App fast and reliable across sessions. We do not sell, rent, or provide third-party marketing access to any information stored in this way.

How We Use Your Information

We do not share your name, address, or notification preferences with these providers beyond what's minimally necessary for each to perform its function (e.g., only your address goes to Geocodio; only comment content goes to Regulations.gov if you submit one).

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete locally-stored data at any time via the App's Clear Profile function or by deleting the App. Data stored in Supabase that is tied to your device (such as tracked bills) can be cleared the same way. Aggregate or de-identified civic data (e.g., cached bill text) that isn't tied to you is retained to keep the Service functional for all users.

Your Rights

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information stored via our Service Providers, and rely on your device's own security (passcode, biometrics, encryption) for locally-stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

RepReach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
